Harvest Bay Mahi Mahi

Joe's Crab Shack Copycat Recipe

Serves 4

4 Mahi Mahi fillets
1/2 cup garlic butter
1/2 cup salad shrimp
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1/2 teaspoon dill weed

Grill Mahi Mahi over a medium flame until cooked through and slightly browned. Saute shrimp and mushrooms in garlic butter for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Alfred sauce and dill weed. Pour sauce over fish.
