Seafood Garden Salad

The Lobster and Crab Salad at Joe's Crab Shack contains lobster and crab meat tossed with penne pasta, mayonnaise and vegetables served over salad greens.

Joe's Crab Shack Copycat Recipe

Serves 2-4

1/2 lb penne
1/2 lb cooked lobster and crab meat
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 handful fresh dill, snipped with kitchen shears
3 green onions, sliced
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 cloves garlic, crushed or grated
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream

Cook pasta till al dente in salted water. In the last minute or so of cooking, add the shrimp .Drain in a colander and run under cold water until completely cool.

Combine pasta & seafood with remaining ingredients. Serve over a bed of lettuce garnished with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.
