More Sandwiches

Here are few more sandwiches offered at Joe's Crab Shack which are really easy to make at home

Chicken Club Sandwich

A grilled chicken breast smothered with Monterey Jack, lettuce, tomatoes and crispy smoked bacon. Also available blackened.

Chipotle Bacon Cheeseburger

Chipotle BBQ sauce, mixed cheese and crispy smoked bacon. A little messy, a lotta flavor.
To make the BBQ sauce add a little bit of chipotle in abodo sauce to your favorite BBQ sauce.

Crab Louie Salad

1/2 cup of diced celery
2 tablespoons of chopped white onion
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of Thousand Island dressing
1-1/2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning blend
3/4 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
1-1/4 pounds of cooked tiny salad shrimp
12 ounces of cooked crab meat, well-drained, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Place the first six ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Fold in the shrimp and crab.  Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill thoroughly before serving.
