Joe's Stone Crab Recipe
Makes about 1 3/4 Cups
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 tbsp minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp chopped pimento
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp drained capers (optional) shopping list
1/3 cup wine or cider vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
Whisk together all the ingredients. Store in refrigerator.
