Aruba Salad

The Aruba salad contains Joe's Crab Shack coconut shrimp, mixed field greens, red, onion, crisp smoked bacon, candied nuts, tomatoes and bleu cheese crumbles. Tossed in strawberry vinaigrette. Also available with grilled chicken.

Raspberry Vinaigrette
Joe's Crab Shack Copycat Recipe

Makes about 8 Servings

1 cup olive oil
1/2 pint fresh strawberries, halved
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon white sugar

In a blender or food processor, mix combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
