Seafood Fondue

Here is a restaurant copycat recipe for Joe's Crab Shack Seafood Fondue. This dish contains cheese, shrimp, spinach and sauteed mushrooms and is served with garlic bread for dipping. Read on to find out how to make seafood fondue at home in your own kitchen.


2 (10oz) frozen spinach
8 oz crab meat
dash of salt
1 bunch green onions
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
dash of pepper
1/4 lb butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup mushrooms


  1. Thaw the spinach.
  2. Squeeze all the liquid out of the chopped spinach.
  3. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
  4. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Place in a fondue or crockpot.
  6. Serve with french or garlic bread cut into chunks for dipping.

  3. We tried this and it was good but I'm not sure all the ingredients are listed. It definitely didn't look like the picture and it was not fondu-like. Had to spoon it out to place on the food

  4. well for one there is shrimp in it for there has to be more cheeses in it also...& probably some wine. this is just a partial recipe...
