Joe's Crab Shack Blue Crab Dip

Going out to a seafood restaurant like Joe's Crab Shack can be very expensive. There is no reason why you can't have this blue crab dip a home with this copycat recipe. You can get that same great restaurant taste but for a fraction of the cost. Read on to find out how to make this dish at home in just a few minutes and limited cooking skills.

This recipe serves 4 people and cooking time in only 4 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

5 oz canned crab meat, drained
2 tsp diced onion
2 splashes Tabasco sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tsp diced red pepper
1/2 tsp Old Bay
3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
2 tsp diced green pepper
2 tsp white wine
2 tsp diced tomato
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 tsp scallion

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a small casserole dish.
  2. Microwave on medium power for 4 minutes.

If you want you can add more cheese and transfer to the broiler to brown the top.
